Leah Hawkins & Norah Amsellem Highlight Mid-Atlantic Symphony Orchestra’s 2021-22 Season

Maryland’s Mid-Altanic Symphony Orchestra has announced its 2021-22 season which will feature a return to full orchestral works.

For the purposes of this article we will only focus on the vocal and operatic performances.

The orchestra will celebrate the holiday season with Norah Amsellem in annual Holiday Joy concert. The concert will feature festival holiday music. Julien Benichou conducts.

Performance Dates: Dec. 3-5, 2021

Leah Hawkins will ring in the New Year with the orchestra conducted by Julien Benichou.

Performance Dates: Dec. 31, 2021

The season will also feature soloists Dominique de Williencourt, YaoGuang Zhai, and Joshua Lauretig. The orchestra will also play in various venues across the Eastern shore including Avalon Theatre, Cape Henlopen High School, Christ Church, Community Church, Easton Church of God, Easton High School, Epworth United Methodist Church, Performing Arts Center, and Todd Performing Arts Center | Chesapeake College.
