The Deutsche Oper Berlin has announced a cast change for its production of “Don Giovanni” on July 2, 2024.

The company said Caitlin Gotimer will take over the role of Donna Anna in place of Flurina Stucki.

Gotimer has performed at the Arizona Opera, Dayton Opera, Santa Fe Opera, and Palm Beach Opera. Her repertoire includes the music of Mozart, Puccini, Handel, and Leoncavallo.

She is set to join a cast that includes Davide Luciano, Kieran Carrel, Patrick Guetti, Maria Motolygina, Joel Allison, Artur Garbas, and Arianna Manganello. Daniel Cohen conducts the production by Roland Schwab.
