Lawrence Brownlee, Barbara Hannigan & Charles Castronovo Lead L’Instant Lyrique 2021-22 Season

The L’Instant Lyrique in France has announced its 2021-22 season featuring many leading singers from around the world.

The season will open with sopranos Barbara Hannigan and Jeanne Gérard, mezzo-soprano Ema Nikolovska, and bass-baritone Yannis François alongside pianist Michalis Boliakis.

Performance date: Sep. 27, 2021

Tenor Michael Spyres sings alongside pianist Mathieu Pordoy.

Performance date: Oct. 4, 2021

Contralto Marie-Nicole Lemieux gives a recital with pianist Daniel Blumenthal.

Performance date: Nov. 18, 2021

Mezzo-soprano Béatrice Uria-Monzon performs alongside pianist Antoine Palloc.

Performance date: Dec. 13, 2021

Mezzo-soprano Julie Pasturaud, tenor Stanislas de Barbeyrac, and baritone Thomas Dolié sing alongside Antoine Palloc.

Performance date: Jan. 10, 2022

Mezzo-soprano Ekaterina Semenchuk performs alongside pianist Yvan Cassar.

Performance date: Jan. 25, 2022

Soprano Annick Massis presents Poulenc’s “La Voix humaine” alongside pianist Antoine Palloc.

Performance date: Feb. 15, 2022

Tenors Lawrence Brownlee and Levy Strauss Sekgapane perform with Antoine Palloc.

Performance date: March 22, 2022

The evening of Belcanto music will spotlight soprano Patrizia Ciofi and mezzo-soprano Michèle Losier alongside Antoine Palloc.

Tenor Charles Castronovo and soprano Catherine Trottmann sing alongside Antoine Palloc.

Performance date: May 10, 2022

Finally, mezzo-soprano Adèle Charvet will perform alongside Antoine Palloc.
