OperaVision has unveiled its programming for the month of July.

First up, the company will stream “Rusalka” from the Dutch National Opera. The opera stars Johanni van Oostrum, Annette Dasch, Pavel Cernoch, and Raehann Bryce-Davis. Joana Mallwitz conducts a production directed by Philipp Stölzl and Philipp M. Krenn. The opera was recorded on June 13, 2023.

Streaming Dates: July 7 – Nov. 7, 2023

Next up is the Gran Teatre del Liceu’s “Dido and Aeneas,” recorded on June 22, 2023. William Christie conducts a cast starring Kate Lindsey, Renato Dolcini, Ana Vieira Leite, Maud Gnidzaz, Jacob Lawrence, and Michael Loughlin-Smith.

Streaming Dates: July 14, 2023 – Jan. 1, 2024

That will be followed up by a stream of the Hungarian State Opera’s “Hunyadi László,” recorded on March 27, 2022. Balázs Kocsár conducts a cast starring Dániel Pataky, András Palerdi, Klára Kolonits, Szabolcs Brickner, Melinda Heiter, and Gábor Bretz, among others.

Streaming Dates: July 21, 2023 – Jan. 21, 2024

The final stream of the month will be the Polish National Opera’s “Peter Grimes” from June 27, 2023. The opera stars Peter Wedd, Cornelia Beskow, and Krzysztof Szumański. Michał Klauza conducts a production by Mariusz Treliński.
