Jesús Herrera Returns to Intermusica

The appointment marks Herrer’as return to Intermusica who was an Artist Manager at the agency between 2018 and 2020. He later took over the general management and artistic direction of the Orquesta Sinfónica de Castilla y León.
During his time in Castilla y León, Herrera ushered in a new artistic team with Chief Conductor Thierry Fischer and Artistic Partners Elim Chan and Vasily Petrenko. He oversaw the creation of artist residencies, the formation of the OSCyL Youth Orchestra, the launch of a new conducting competition as well as the Chamber Music and Recital Series, among others.
