In a statement, the Marion County Prosecutor’s Office said “Prosecutors pushed for a sentence harsher than the one opposed [sic].”
Wachner has agreed to plead guilty in July and was originally facing 10 years of prison.

By Francisco SalazarJulian Wachner will not spend time in prison after pleading guilty to multiple felonies in a child sex crimes case.
Wachner pleaded guilty on Wednesday to five counts of possession of child sex abuse material as a Level 5 felony and also pleaded guilty to one count of felony cocaine possession.
As a result, he was sentenced to six years of probation. As part of his plea deal, Wachner must register as a sex offender and participate in several drug and child abuse prevention programs.
