Houston Symphony Names New Chief Marketing Officer

The Houston Symphony has named Rolanda Gregory as its new Chief Marketing Officer, effective Jan. 5, 2026.

In her new role, Gregory, a Texas native who previously served as Vice President of Marketing at the AT&T Performing Arts Center in Dallas, will oversee the Houston Symphony’s marketing, patron services, and communications departments, supporting approximately $13 million in annual ticket sales.

“It’s an honor to join the prestigious Houston Symphony,” Gregory, whose previous experience also includes serving as Vice President of Marketing for the NBA’s Memphis Grizzlies and leading digital marketing initiatives for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in Orlando, said per an official press release. “I look forward to building on the organization’s strong foundation and contributing to its continued success.”

“Rolanda Gregory brings a wealth of marketing experience to the Houston Symphony ,” added Gary Ginstling, Executive Director, CEO, and holder of the Margaret Alkek Williams Chair. “Her broad career in marketing leadership spans from the performing arts to the NBA to theme parks. Rolanda’s extensive experience will be invaluable to the Houston Symphony as we continue to grow our audiences and build our brand.”
