Guarneri Hall in Chicago has announced its 2024-25 season. Here is a look at the vocal showcases on offer.

First up is “Dreamscapes: A Liederabend.” Soprano Kristina Bachrach will be the featured vocal performer of the evening. The showcase includes works by Brahms, Berg, Chausson, and Augusta Read Thomas.

“Sounds of the Cold War: The Landscape of Exile” will feature music selections by Hanns Eisler, including “The Hollywood Songbook” for low voice and piano and “Serious Songs” for baritone and strings.

Kristina Bachrach and members of NEXUS Chamber Music lead a performance of “Pierrot Lunaire” as part of “Pierrot, Avatar of The Modern Artist.”
