The Philharmonie de Paris, Théâtre des Champs-Elysées and l’Opéra de Lille have all announced that they will maintain their current programming, but will offer new performance times in order to fully comply with the the decision by the French President Emmanuel Macron to impose an overnight curfew in the capital of Paris and eight other cities.

“Maintaining a musical life seems essential to me in these difficult times for both the public and the artists. This goal is shared by all of the Philharmonie’s teams, who are doing their utmost to provide solutions to this complex situation for you and for us,” said Laurent Bayle, the General Director of the Philharmonie de Paris. Caroline Sonrier, the General Director of l’Opéra de Lille said that the opera house would just reschedule the performance times, which will begin at 6:00 p.m. CET. More details can be found here.
