Enrique Mazzola Joins Askonas Holt for General Management

He will be managed at Askonas Holt by Edward Pascall and Joy Pidsley.
He recently conducted a production of “Rigoletto” at teh Lyric Opera of Chicago and returns later in the spring to conduct Missy Mazzoli’s “The Listeners” as well as a program of works by Puccini with Sondra Radvanovksy.
At the Deutsche Oper Berlin, Mazzola is currently conducting a new production of “Macbeth” and will conduct a concert staging of “Werther.” He will also conduct at the New National Theatre Tokyo for “Madama Butterfly.”
Mazzola held the position of Artistic and Music Director of the Orchestre National d’Île de France, and in 2018 was named a Chevalier de l’ordre des Arts et des Lettres in recognition of his contribution to musical life in France.
