Edgardo Rocha & Angel Blue Lead 2025 Performances at Washington Concert Opera

The Washington Concert Opera is set to present two works in 2025.

On March 1, the company will present Mozart’s “La Clemenza di Tito” with Edgardo Rocha in the role of Tito. He will be joined by Tamara Wilson who will sing the role of Vitellia, Stephanie Doche as Sesto, Meridian Prall as Annio, and Raven McMillon as Servilia.

Before the opera, there will be a pre-performance talk led by WCO co-founder Peter Russell.

The second work of the year will be Verdi’s “Luisa Miller” on April 13, 2025. Angel Blue will make her role debut in the title role and will be joined by Kang Wang as Rodolfo.” The cast will be rounded out by baritone George Gagnidze as Miller and bass Morris Robinson as Walter.

There will also be a gala with Soloman Howard on May 21, 2025.
