On Nov 15. 2019, the Italian theatre company ONDADURTO TEATRO will debut in the world of Opera with the production of Donizetti’s “Pietro il Grande” at the Donizetti Opera Festival.

The company ONDADURTO TEATRO is defined by its interdisciplinary approach to the creation of its shows, which range from nouveau cirque to physical theatre, from dance to gesture. For the upcoming production of Donizetti’s opera, the company will showcase a production marked by a combination of different disciplines with costumes designed by K.B. Project and machinery.

Conducted by Rinaldo Alessandrini the production will star Roberto De Candia in the title role, Loriana Castellano, Paola Gardina, Nina Solodovnikova, Francisco Brito, Marco Filippo Romano, Marcello Nardis, and Tommaso Barea.

“Pietro Il Grande” opens on Nov. 15 and runs through Dec. 1, 2019.
