Welsh soprano, Natalya Romaniw will be making her Deutsche Oper Berlin house debut, jumping in for Saioa Hernández to perform the role of Tosca for the Mar. 10 performance.

Ramaniw is no stranger to the role, and is in the middle of a “Tosca” run at Staatsoper Hamburg. Previous to that engagement, Romaniw sang the part at the Royal Opera House in Dec. 2022.

In June, she is set to play Ariadne in R. Strauss’ “Ariadne auf Naxos” at Garsington Opera in the UK.
