By Nicole Kuchta

The Catskills’ Delaware Valley Opera will soon present Gilbert & Sullivan’s popular operetta “H. M. S. Pinafore.”

The production, directed by General Manager Ken Parks, will star Nicholas Wuehrmann as Sir Joseph Porter, K. C. B., Elise Mark as Josephine, Cole Tornberg as Ralph Rickshaw, and Adam Cioffari as Dick Deadeye. Audiences can expect to experience “a sea of tunes ranging from bouncy to beautiful” in this lighthearted love story.

The four performances of “H. M. S. Pinafore” will be held from Aug. 17 – 25, 2019 at the historic Tusten Theatre in Narrowsburg, NY.

Delaware Valley Opera recently completed a run of Gian Carlo Menotti’s “The Telephone” / “The Medium,” and performances videos have been uploaded to the Performance Archive page on the company’s website.
