‘Days of Happiness’ Set to World Premiere at Toronto Film Festival

The film “Days of Happiness,” which featured the collaboration of Yannick Nézet-Séguin, is set to make its world premiere at the Toronto Film Festival.

The Metropolitan Opera Music Director took to social media and said, “I am extremely proud to announce that Québec talent will shine in September at TIFF in the award category for Special Presentation, dedicated to great figures of world cinema! What an honor to have been an advisor for the film ‘Days of Happiness’ by Chloé Robichaud, which features the musicians of the orchestra Metropolitan!” 

The new film tells the story of a young orchestra conductor who faces a crossroads in her life and career. The film reunites writer-director Chloé Robichaud with actor Sophie Desmarais.

The film will be part of the Special Presentations section of the festival.
