Dallas Symphony Orchestra Unveils 2026-27 Season

The Dallas Symphony Orchestra announces its 2026-27 season.

This article only features opera-related concerts. 

Josefina Maldonado solos in “Holidays with the DSO.” Anthony Blake Clark leads the Dallas Symphony Chorus. Bradley Hunter Welch accompanies on the organ. Lawrence Loh conducts.

Performance Dates: December 11 -20, 2026


First up in 2027 is Bach’s “St. John Passion.” The Dallas Symphony Chorus is led by chorus director Anthony Blake Clark. Music Director Fabio Luisi conducts the Orchestra. Featured guest vocalists are to be announced at a later date.

Performance Dates: February 26-28, 2027


The Dallas Symphony Chorus presents Vaughan Williams’ “Fantasia On A Theme By Thomas Tallis” and Brahms’ “Schicksalslied,” Op. 54, under the baton of Anthony Blake Clark. Matthew Halls conducts the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.

Performance Dates: March 5 -7, 2027


Ildebrando D’Arcangelo takes on the title role in a concert version of Mozart’s “Don Giovanni.” Jacquelyn Wagner, Siobhan Stagg, Luca Pisaroni, Paul Appleby, Deanna Breiwick, Soloman Howard, and Mihai Damian make up the cast. They are joined by the Dallas Symphony Chorus and Orchestra. Fabio Luisi conducts.

Performance Dates: March 26 & 28, 2027
