The Concours International de Belcanto Vincenzo Bellini has announced its 2022 winners.

The first Grand Prix Vincenzo Bellini was awarded to Korean soprano Yerang Park. The soprano also took home the Special Audience Award and the Special Prize for the best interpretation of an aria in French.

French soprano Cecile Lo Bianco also took home the Audience award while the Special Prize of the City of Vendôme was awarded to French Soprano Marie Ronot.

This year the competition did not award a Special Prize for Female Voice nor a Special Prize for Male Voice.

The competition was held on Nov. 4 and 5 in Vendôme and featured seven finalists.
