On Oct. 13, 2023, Saint Thomas’ Choir of Men and Boys are set to present “Saint Thomas at 200: A Musical Legacy” in celebration of the New York-based church’s bicentennial anniversary.

Works by the church’s first director of music T. Tertius Noble’s “Te Deum in A,” “A Song to the Lamb” by previous director of music Gerre Hancock, and “Missa Sancti Thomae” by the current Director of Music Jeremy Filsell are featured on the program. Pieces by Nico Muhly, John Scott, Daniel Hyde, and former Saint Thomas Boy Chorister and current Gentlemen of the Choir Daniel Castellanos (b. 1995) are also included.

The choirs are accompanied by The Saint Thomas Brass. Filsell conducts.
