Lone Tree Arts Center and Central City Opera are set to present a concert of opera and classical art song favorites entitled “Arts in the Afternoon: Opera Favorites with Central City Opera.”

The concert will star CCO Touring Artists soprano Christie Conover, bass-baritone Eric J. McConnell, and pianist Jeremy Reger and will be live-streamed on Feb. 24, 2021, at 1:30 P.M.

Conover has performed with such companies as the Komische Oper Berlin, Opera Steamboat, the Longmont Symphony, and the Littleton Symphony among others. McConnell has performed alongside the Aspen Music Festival, Virginia Opera, Opera Colorado, Soirée Lyrique, and Petite Opera Productions, among others.

Reger is a faculty of CU Boulder and has served on the music staff for Virginia Opera, Eugene Opera, Hawaii Opera Theater, Mill City Opera, Minnesota Opera, Skylark Opera, and Aspen Opera Theater.
