Cecilia Bartoli opens the Festival in a gala concert with Les Musiciens du Prince conducted by Gianluca Capuano.

Ian Bostridge and lutist Kristiina Watt present a concert of music by John Dowland in honor of the 400th anniversary of composer’s death.

Benedetta Torre and Maayan Licht perform in a new production of Monteverdi’s “Incoronazione di Poppea” by Les Arts Florissants. Paul Agnew directs and William Christie conducts.
