Cassie Chang to Make Lincoln Center Debut

Soprano Cassie Chang has announced her Lincoln Center debut of “An Operatic Affair.”

The soprano will be accompanied by pianist Nobuko Amemiya and will be performed at Lincoln Center on June 16.

Admission is by donation with all proceeds going to Vocal Productions NYC.

The performance will consist of some of opera’s most demanding and famous repertoire including eight arias from a wide range of operas. Chang will perform “Crudele? Ah no mio bene… Non mi dir” from “Don Giovanni,” “Piangete voi… Al dolce guidami” from “Anna Bolena,” “Marie’s Lullaby” from “Wozzeck,” “Un bel di vedremo” from “Madame Butterfly,” “Mein Elemer” from “Arabella,” “Il est doux, il est bon” from “Hérodiade,” “Embroidery Aria” from “Peter Grimes,” and “Salce salce… Ave Maria” from “Otello.”
