Boston Lyric Opera’s “Bedtime Lullabies Online” series will broadcast the finale of the first season on August 12, 2020.

The episode will feature BLO Music Director David Angus joined by his wife, soprano Lee Bisset, to perform “Traume” from Wagner’s “Wesendonck Lieder.”

Meant to bring calming music during a troubling time, “Bedtime Lullabies Online” is one of the series streamed on BLO’s “[insert: opera]” platform.

Once the premiere of the season finale has taken place, the company will release all the episodes in the series on its company’s website and YouTube channel. A playlist on Spotify will follow in the near future.

The company also announced that it is working on preparing a second season of the series, which is likely to launch in the fall of 2020.
