On April 17, the Teatro Arriaga will showcase the Tutto Verdi International Awards and Gala recital.

The ceremony will be presented by Iñaki Gabilondo, one of the most popular journalists in the country, and Udane Goikoetxea, an investigative journalist.

The ceremony will award eight categories and will recognize institutions and people who have helped develop Tutto Verdi at the ABAO Bilbao Opera.

The Gala Recital will feature sopranos Fan Zhou and Alessia Panza, tenors Davide Tuscano, and baritone Gabriel Alonso. They will perform alongside the Chorus of the Ópera de Bilbao and maestro Francesco Izzo at the piano.

The program will include scenes from “I masnadieri,” “I Lombardi alla prima crociata,” “Ernani,” “Rigoletto,” “Stiffelio,” “La Traviata,” “I due foscari,” and “Il Trovatore.”
