Details of the Bach Choir of Pittsburgh’s 2026-27 season have been released.

“The Creation: When Man Plays God” is a presentation of the 1931 film “Frankenstein,” featuring Boris Karloff, accompanied by a live R&B soundtrack. This event takes place at Row House Hollywood.

Performance Dates: Oct. 24 & 25, 2026

Next is “The Beginning Sunrise” featuring a collection of spirituals and the music of John Michael Talbot. Trinity Episcopal Cathedral hosts.

Performance Dates: Dec. 12 & 13, 2026

The season concludes with “The Transition Tides: Nancy Galbraith’s Requiem” at the First Baptist Church of Pittsburgh. This concert also marks the end of Thomas W. Douglas’ tenure as Artistic Director.

Performance Dates: May 8 & 9, 2027
