Ariane Matiakh Joins Askonas Holt for Management

French conductor Ariane Matiakh has joined Askonas Holt for worldwide management.

Matiakh will be managed at Askonas Holt by Rachel Bertaut and Isabella Bartlett.

The conductor recently opened her second season as Principal Conductor of the Württembergische Philharmonie Reutlingen and this season is set to conduct the Finnish Radio Symphony Orchestra, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic, the Orchestre de Paris, Orchestre du Capitole de Toulouse and Orchestre Métropolitain.

She is also set to debut at the Staatsoper Stuttgart and the Staatsoper Hamburg.

Over the years Matiakh has conducted the Bamberger Symphoniker, Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin, Wiener Symphoniker, Rotterdam Philharmonic, Swedish Radio Symphony Orchestra, and Dresden Philharmonic, among others.

She was recently awarded the Officier de l’Ordre des Arts des Lettres by the French Ministry of Culture.
