Starting on February 26, these salon performances will feature three to five artists/groups, appearing in a different room of the venue.

The multidisciplinary event will include a cocktail hour and visual arts. The line-up of artists includes figures such as countertenor Anthony Roth Constanzo, cabaret singer Joey Arias, baritone Will Liverman, dancer/choreographer Claire Davison, tap dancer Mx Rogers, Big Apple Circus Ringmaster Storm Marrero, and members of the Met Orchestra. The series will allow artists to perform creative works outside of their usual repertoire.

Performances will be held on February 26, March 26, and April 23, 2022, at Manhattan’s Blue Building, a restored factory space on East 46th Street. Tickets begin at $25, with the space allowing for up to 60 people per performance.

“A lot has happened during the past two years,” said producer Mara Driscoll in a press release. “As artistic producers, we find ourselves wanting to reconnect and galvanize conversation and experimentation. Even before the pandemic locked us out of theaters and rehearsal studios, the scale and approach of many art institutions hindered our ability to connect with our audiences, take creative risks, and build community around art. Art Bath is our answer to this moment, and we are excited to dive in!”
