The Vienna State Opera has announced three additional streams from its archived performances throughout the weekend.

First up will be a performance of “Adriana Lecouvreur” from the 2013-14 season. The performance stars Angela Gheorghiu in the title role alongside Massimo Giordano, Ekeba Zhidkova, and Roberto Frontali. Evelino Pidò conducted the production by David McVicar.

Streaming Date: Dec. 11, 2020 

The company will stream “Swan Lake,” also from 2014 in a production choreographed by Rudolf Nurejew.

Streaming Date: Dec. 12, 2020

Finally, the company will present “Tosca” live from the Vienna State Opera. The production by Margarethe Wallmann will star Anna Netrebko in the title role, Yusif Eyvazov as Cavaradossi, and Wolfgang Koch as Scarpia. Bertrand de Billy conducts the performance.
