
Alexandra LoBianco Headlines Seattle Opera’s ‘Tosca’ Stream

The Seattle Opera is set to stream Puccini’s “Tosca” from June 25-27, 2021.
The streamed performance was filmed on location and will star Alexandra LoBianco as Tosca, Michael Chioldi as Scarpia, and Dominick Chenes as Cavaradossi.
The cast will be rounded out by Adam Lau, Matthew Burns, Andrew Stenson, Jose Rubio, Ryan Bede, and Eliana Lewis.
Kazem Abdullah will conduct the opera directed by Dan Wallace Miller.
Subscribers will have early accession on June 4 while general audience members will be able to watch it on June 25.
The stream marks the latest in a series of operas that the Seattle Opera recorded for its 2020-21 season. The company previously showcased productions of “L’Elisir d’Amore,” “Flight” and “Don Giovanni” for the digital space.
