Eight professional singers and a pianist working in Los Angeles will present a concert of Italian opera favorites on Friday, Sept. 25 in Westwood, Los Angeles.

Titled “Bella Notte: An Evening of Italian Opera Favorites,” the concert is the third installment in a series produced by baritone Adam McCrory, following a Liederabend and a concert of Irish classical and traditional songs presented over the past year. The program will feature arias, duets, and group scenes from the works of Mozart, Verdi, and Puccini, among others.

The cast includes sopranos Agnese Gallenzi, Virginia Douglas, and Samantha Rosenberg; mezzo-soprano Arianna Stultz; tenors David de Melo and Benjamin Cross; McCrory; and bass Esteban Rivas. The singers are joined by collaborative pianist Wendy Caldwell of the UCLA Opera and Voice programs.

The concert will take place at St. Alban’s Episcopal Church in Westwood.
