Soprano Alexis Seminario has joined the roster of IMG Artists for general management.

Seminario will be represented by Senior Artist Manager Devere Burnett.

The soprano is establishing herself in repertoire spanning Mozart, Puccini, Verdi, Wagner, and contemporary opera. This season, she joins LA Opera’s Domingo-Colburn-Stein Young Artist Program.

Her appointment follows recent engagements with the Santa Fe Opera, where she performed in the American premiere of Tobias Picker’s “Lili Elbe” and The Atlanta Opera, where she appeared in “La traviata” and Philip Glass’s “La Belle et la Bête.”

Seminario has also participated in Renée Fleming Artist at the Aspen Music Festival, where she debuted as Gertrud in “Hänsel und Gretel” and in festival’s closing performance of Act three of “Die Walküre,” when she stepped in for Tamara Wilson as Sieglinde.
