Tenor James Valenti will perform at Yankee Stadium for its 9/11 25th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony.

Valenti will sing the National Anthem before the Yankees–Mets game. The pregame program will also feature a performance by Lee Greenwood and William Arce will sing during the middle of the seventh inning.

Other commemorative events planned for the evening include recognizing the New York City Police Department, Fire Department of the City of New York, Port Authority Police Department, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, and Tuesday’s Promise (formerly known as Tuesday’s Children).

The event is expected to be televised nationally and locally on WPIX11. Those tuning in can hear Valenti at 6:56pm.
