Regina Opera to Celebrate 56th Anniversary with Concert of Opera’s Greatest Hits

Regina Opera Company will celebrate its 56th anniversary with a concert featuring arias, duets, and ensembles from  such works as “Carmen,” “Madame Butterfly,” and “La Traviata,” among others.

The concert will feature sopranos Isabella Bernal and Yeawon Jun, mezzo-soprano Melina Jaharis, tenors David Freides and Jax Hassler, baritone Handong Fu, flutist Richard Paratley, and pianist Violetta Zabbi.

The gala is set to take place on Sunday, April 12, 2026 starting at 3 p.m. local time at OLPH Catholic Academy in Brooklyn.

Regina Opera Company is set to present “Carmen” starting on May 9, 2026. The production runs through May 17.
