Opera Omaha has announced its 2026-27 season

The season opens with Opera Outdoors.

Performance Date: August 29, 2026 at Stinson Park

Will Liverman will perform in concert.

Performance Date: Sept. 27, 2026 at Slowdown

Karen Chia-ling Ho, Demetrious Sampson, Susanne Burgess, Darren Drone, Johnathan McCullough, Nicholas Newton, and James Demler star in Puccini’s “La Bohème.” Rebecca Herman directs and Jonathan Brandani conducts.

Performance Date: Nov. 13 & 15, 2026 at Orpheum Theater

Brian Staufenbiel directs David Hanlon and Stephanie Fleischmann’s  “The Pigeon Keeper” with conductor Kelly Kuo. Joshua Jeremiah, Song Hee Lee, and Bernard Holcomb star.

Performance Date: Jan. 26-30, 2026 at The Rose Theater

Marcy Stonikas, Elizabeth Sutphen, Robert Stahley, and Stephanie Lauricella lead Strauss’ “Ariadne auf Naxos“ with Chas Rader-Shieber directing and Steven White conducting.

Performance Date: March 19 & 21, 2026 at Orpheum Theater

Harry Bicket conducts Händel’s “Alessandro” with Christophe Dumaux, Xenia Puskarz Thomas, Joélle Harvey, Ashley Riches, Alexander Chance, and Anthony Gregory.

Performance Date: April 30, 2026 at Holland Performing Arts Center
