LA Opera to Present an Evening with Patti LuPone

LA Opera is set to present Tony Award winner Patti LuPone in her critically acclaimed theatrical concert “Matters of the Heart.”
The concert will take audiences on an exploration of the crimes, affairs, and mysteries of the heart, with performances of more than two dozen love songs ranging from Broadway favorites to works by today’s top contemporary songwriters.
Conceived and directed by Scott Wittman, the evening features musical direction by Joseph Thalken and original arrangements by Dick Gallagher, with additional arrangements by Joseph Thalken. The show was written by John Weidman with additional material by Jeffrey Richman. LuPone will be joined by The Four Play String Quartet.
The evening will be presented on Feb. 21, 2026 at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion.
