Watch the Irish National Opera’s ‘Orfeo ed Euridice’ On OperaVision

OperaVision will present the Irish National Opera’s production of “Orfeo ed Euridice” on April 12, 2019.

The production will feature Sharon Carty, Sarah Power, and Emma Nash under the direction of Emma Martin. Peter Whelan conducts.

The stream kicks off at 7 p.m. local time. That’s around 2 p.m. EDT and 11 a.m. PST for the start time. It will be available for repeat viewings on Opera Vision until October 11, 2019.

The streaming service is free through OperaVision, which, per its official website, is a project “supported by the European Union’s Creative Europe program, OperaVision builds on the success of The Opera Platform, with more contributing opera companies from more countries, under the editorial supervision of Opera Europa, the European association of opera companies and festivals. OperaVision brings together 30 partners from 18 countries and invites you to travel and discover the diversity of opera from wherever you want, whenever you want.”

Next up will be a stream of “Khovanshchina” as well as the International Stanislaw Moniuszko Vocal Competition.
