Watch Angela Meade Star in ‘Ermione’ From Teatro Di San Carlo Via OperaVision

OperaVision will showcase Rossini’s “Ermione” live from the Teatro di San Carlo on Nov. 9, 2019.

The production will star soprano Angela Meade in the lead role with Teresa Iervolino, John Irvin, Antonino Siragusa, Filippo Adami, Guido Loconsolo, Gaia Petrone, Chiara Tirotta, and Christiano Oliveri among the major cast members.

Alessandro De Marchi will conduct a production directed by Jacopo Spirei.

The stream kicks off at 7 p.m. local time. That’s around 1 p.m. Eastern time and 10 a.m. Pacific time for the start time. It will be available for repeat viewings on OperaVision until May 8, 2020.

The streaming service is free through OperaVision, which, per its official website, is a project “supported by the European Union’s Creative Europe program, OperaVision builds on the success of The Opera Platform, with more contributing opera companies from more countries, under the editorial supervision of Opera Europa, the European association of opera companies and festivals.
