Voices of America has opened the application for its scholarship.

Students in the United States who demonstrate a passion for engaging in political conversations and making their voices, including those by vocal students, heard are encouraged to apply.

The jury will select recipients on the criteria such as engagement, Xcontent quality, passion, and creativity. Applications are considered on a rolling basis.

“We receive funding from corporations to give to outspoken young people, and any student that participates could directly benefit from not only funding but also exposure,” Rick Battle, Director of Scholarships, told OperaWire. “BattlePACs and the Voices of America Scholarship is a non-partisan platform with the aim of amplifying the voices of todays youth. We know that these students are the future and are looking to empower their voices especially given these polarizing times.”
