Voce Nova Releases Holiday ‘Hallelujah’ Cover Sung in 14 Languages

By Logan Martell

On December 22, 2020 soprano Natalia Tsvi and tenor Gilad Paz released a special holiday recording of Leonard Cohen’s “Hallelujah,” sung in 14 languages as they shared the holiday spirit with viewers worldwide.

The duo, also known as Voce Nova, perform classical crossover. Last year they made an appearance on season 15 of America’s Got Talent.

“2020 has been an unusual and challenging year, where we had to modify the VOCE NOVA experience to fit the virtual space in order to reach, and best serve, our audience”, write Tsvi and Paz. “After participating in virtual fundraising events to support artists and the live entertainment industry, we decided to bring the spirit of unity and universal human connection together in this widely-beloved song.”
