
Vocal Arts DC Announces New Venues for Planned Recitals Following Departure from Kennedy Center
By Francisco SalazarVocal Arts DC has announced rescheduled performances for its 35th season following its departure from the Kennedy Center.
The organization said, “We are deeply grateful for the community’s outpouring of support during this transition. We have been working closely with the artists at every step of this process and are so happy to keep all three recitals on schedule, though please note the time changes for the March and May performances.
Here is the rundown.
Benjamin Bernheim and Carrie Ann Matheson will perform at the Lisner Auditorium at George Washington University.
Performance Dates: Feb. 8, 2026, at 2:00 PM
Quinn Kelsey and Craig Ketter will perform at Live! at 10th and G.
Performance Dates: March 1, 2026, at 5:00 PM
Finally, Le Bu and Artyom Pak will take their recital to Live! at 10th and G.
Performance Dates: May 10, 2026, at 5:00 PM
Ticketholders who purchased tickets directly from the Vocal Arts DC will be automatically transferred to the new venues while purchased tickets for the original events in the Terrace through the Kennedy Center, will need to repurchase them once tickets become available.
