ViOp Productions will be presenting a streamed performance of the third Act from Leoncavallo’s “La Bohème.”

The opera will feature artists from Arizona, Germany, and New York City as they engage in a video performance of the verismo opera. These artists include Melissa Serluco as Musette, Alexei Kuznietsov as Marco, Bonnie Frauenthal as Mimi, Jay Lucas Chacon as Rodolfo, and pianist Michael Dauphinais. Subtitles for the performance will be created by Allison Gish.

The opera will stream on Nov. 7 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. with additional showcases set for Sunday, Nov. 8 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. The performance will last approximately 25 minutes.

This is the second project for the recently launched ViOp Productions. The company opened with a production of “Crossing Paths” back in September. That showcase featured Chacon, tenor John Riesen, and pianist Jon Garret.
