Vero Beach Opera has announced its 2025 season.

First up is “La Traviata” starring Meryl Dominguez as Violetta Valéry, Matthew White as Alfredo Germont, Nelson Martinez as Giorgio Germont, Pascale Spinney as Flora Bervoix, Charise Courtney as Annina, Anthony (Tony) Capizzi as Gastone de Letorières, Adam Partridge as Barone Douphol, Nicholas Dieux as Marchese d’Obigny, and Chancelor Barbaree as Dottore Grenvil.  Gregory Buchalter conducts and Robert Stivanello is the stage director.

Performance Date: Jan. 12, 2025

Then comes a “Best of Broadway & Opera / Love is Timeless” concert featuring Maria Aleida and Eduardo Salles alongside Roberto Berrocal at the piano.

Performance Date: Feb. 8, 2025

“Pagliacci” stars Stuart Neill as Canio, Nelson Martinez as Tonio, Alexandra Razskazoff as Nedda, Kenneth Stavert as Sylvio, and  Matthew Mannes as Beppe. Gregory Buchalter conducts and Russell Franks directs.

Performance Date: March 23, 2025

The season ends with a “Rising Stars” competition.
