
Valerie Eickhoff Joins Intermusica for Management

German mezzo-soprano Valerie Eickhoff has joined the Intermusica’s Vocal & Opera roster for worldwide management.
Eickhoff is the winner of the 2024 Opus Klassik New Talent of the Year and was the subject of Juliane Sauter’s documentary film “Primadonna or Nothing,” alongside Renata Scotto and Angel Blue.
The mezzo has performed at the Bayerische Staatsoper, Royal Danish Opera, Verbier Festival, Theater an der Wien, and Tiroler Festspiele Erl. She is a guest ensemble member of the the Semperoper Dresden in the 2024/25 season, where she made role debuts as Stephano in “Roméo et Juliette” and as Nicoletta in “The Love of Three Oranges,” alongside Rosina in Rossini’s “Il Barbiere di Siviglia,” the Page in Strauss’ “Salome,” the Second Lady in “Die Zauberflöte,” and Hänsel in “Hänsel und Gretel.”
This season, Eickhoff makes debuts as Idamante in Mozart’s “Idomeneo” with Boston Baroque and returns to the Bayerische Staatsoper as Cherubino “Le nozze di Figaro.”
