UIA Talent Agency & ADA Artists Management Announce Merger

UIA Talent Agency and ADA Artist Management have announced the merger of their two companies. Continuing under the name of UIA Talent Agency, the company will represent a broad range of professionals in the opera, music, and theater industry.

Bringing together the resources and expertise of its constituent companies, the new UIA will be continue to be headed by Founder and President Vanessa Uzan, who also leads the classical music practice areas, with ADA Founder Ana De Archuleta serving as Strategic Advisor. Former UIA Managing Director Aaron Sanko will become CEO of the new entity, as well as lead the theatre, film, television, and literary practice areas. All three will be equity partners in the new entity.

“This is an exciting time for us as we join forces to create a stronger, more dynamic agency that will better serve our clients,” said Uzan in an official press statement. “We have always been committed to representing the best and most diverse talent in the industry, and this merger will enable us to expand our reach and provide even more opportunities for our clients to succeed.”

The agreement was signed on May 5, 2023, and is expected to be completed by the end of the month. All current artists represented by either company will now be represented by the new UIA, with existing contracts to be honored.
