Tri-Cities Opera Announces Finalist for TCO Next Virtual Competition
By David SalazarTri-Cities Opera has announced the 10 finalists for its TCO Next Virtual Competition.
Finalists include Rachel Blaustein, Aaron Crouch, Kelly Glyptis, Symone Harcum, Allen Michael Jones, Grace Kahl, Chasti Lashay, Dane Suarez, Schyler Vargas, and Ethan Vincent.
The final is set to take place on Oct. 18, 2020 at 3 p.m. EDT.
On its official social media, the company also noted that semi-finalists will be featured throughout the final concert as well.
The competition, which was created to promote new voices and new music, is sponsored by Visions Federal Credit Union. The grand prize winner will take home a cash prize of $3,000 and a contract for a future role with Tri-Cities Opera.
