Thomas Hampson has canceled his concert at the Tonhalle-Gesellschaft Zürich on March 2, 2025.

The concert hall said in a statement, “Thomas Hampson is unfortunately ill and has to cancel this afternoon’s concert.”

As a result, Ksenija Sidorova will perform a solo program by announcement with a duration of approx. 60 min without intermission.

The concert hall added, “We very much regret this, wish Thomas Hampson a speedy recovery and thank Ksenija Sidorova for her flexibility. We are endeavoring to find an alternative date – the tickets remain valid for today and for the alternative date.”

Hampson had already canceled his first two concerts in Schloss Elmau and Reformierte Kirche Seon due to illness.

He is set to return to the stage for the final three concerts in the tour at the Beethoven-Haus Bonn, Konzert Theater Coesfeld, and Het Concertgebouw.
