The Pasadena Chorale Announces 2026-27 Season

The Pasadena Chorale has announced its 2026–27 season.

The season opens with Mozart’s “Mass in C Minor,” performed by the Pasadena Chorale at First United Methodist Church Pasadena. Meanwhile, the Pasadena Chorale and High Notes present Shawn Kirchner’s winter work “The Light of Hope Returning.”

Performance Date: Nov. 18, 2026


The Pasadena Choral Society performs a holiday program featuring works by Schütz, Vivaldi, and Händel.

Performance Date: Dec. 9, 2026


A 16-voice chamber ensemble from the Pasadena Chorale presents “Awakenings.”

Performance Date: Dec. 16, 2026


The Pasadena Chorale performs Reena Esmail’s “Earth Speaks,” originally composed for the ensemble in 2015, in a program titled “The Explorers: Part 1.”

Performance Date: March 10, 2027


High Notes presents its annual solo performance, “Spring Sing.”

The Pasadena Choral Society performs Duruflé’s “Requiem.”

Performance Date: May 3, 2027


The Pasadena Chorale performs Vaughan Williams’ “A Sea Symphony” for “The Explorers: Part 2.”

Performance Date: May 12, 2027


The Pasadena Chorale presents its annual “Listening to the Future” concert, showcasing world premieres by young composers.

Performance Date: June 9 & 19, 2027
