The Opera Tech to Present ‘A Celebration of American Composers’

The Opera Tech is set to present “A Celebration of American Composers” on Nov. 8, 2024.

The evening will showcase melodies and groundbreaking compositions of America’s most celebrated composers, from jazz-infused classics to Broadway hits. The evening will include music by Andre Previn, Bernstein, Carlisle Floyd, William Grant Still, Gershwin, Jerome Kern, and Oscar Hammerstein, among others.

David Wroe will conduct soloists soprano Danielle Walker, tenor David Morgans, and clarinetist Igli Tuga. The evening will also feature Ballroom Dancers Adela Lami and Krisi Dalipi.

The evening will be at the Kaufman Music Center in New York City.

The Opera Tech is founded by Oriada Islami with Saimir Pirgu as the Artistic Director.
