The Teatro La Fenice is set to present Händel’s “Il trionfo del Tempo e del Disinganno” at the Teatro Malibran.

The oratorio, which will be performed for the first time on the Venice stage, will be directed by Saburo Teshigawara and conducted by Andrea Marcon. Rihoko Sato will choreograph the production.

Giuseppina Bridelli leads the cast alongside Valeria Girardelo, Krystian Adam, and Silvia Frigato.

“Il trionfo del Tempo e del Disinganno” will be performed from May 25 to June 3 with the opening broadcast on Rai Radio 3.

This season, the Teatro La Fenice is set to present “Der Fliegende Hollander,” “Cavalleria Rusticana” and  “I Due Foscari,” among others.
