Teatro Grattacielo and Camerata Bardi are set to present “Don Giovanni” at the Apollo Theater in Ermoupolis in Greece.

The opera will star Manos Christofakakis in the title role alongside Rick Agster, Valerio Morelli, Stephanie Lorentz, Olivia Le Roux, Adam Golstein, Diego Valdez, Lisa Algozzini, Sophie Kochanowski, Lucas Bouk, Bryan McClary, Clare Ghigo, and Mara Koutsaimani. The opera will also include a non-singing role, which will be interpreted by Christiana Lambris.

The work will be conducted by Georgios Galanis and directed by Stefanos Koroneos.

“This production is an interdisciplinary dialogue between opera and art forms, where time is suspended in a glass box, inspired by Pedro Almodovar’s energy and La Lupe, a Cuban Bollerosinger who lived in Bronx, New York during the 1980s and 1990s,” said Executive and Artistic Director Stefanos Koroneos in an official press statement.
