Teatro di Pisa Announces 2024-25 Season

The season opens with Giordano’s “Andrea Chénier” with Andrea Cigni directing and Francesco Pasqualetti at the podium. Angelo Villari sings the title role alongside Maria Teresa Leva and Angelo Veccia. Michael Spadaccini, Francesca Vitali, and Kim Gangsoonalso star.
Performance Dates: Oct. 25 & 27, 2024
Ruth Iniesta and Paolo Lardizzone lead Verdi’s “La Traviata” with Nir Kabaretti conducting.
Performance Dates: Dec. 6 & 8, 2024
Maharram Huseynov (Selim), Giuliana Gianfaldoni (Fiorilla), Giulio Mastrototaro (Don Geronimo), and Bruno Taddia (Prosdocimo) lead Rossini’s “Il Turco in Italia” with Hossein Pishkar conducting and Roberto Catalano directing.
Performance Dates: Jan. 10 & 12, 2025
Spontini’s “La Vestale” will be conducted by Alessandro Benigni and directed by Gianluca Falaschi. Carmela Remigio, Bruno Taddia, and Antonio Poli star.
Performance Dates: Feb. 14 & 16, 2025
Clarissa Costanzo, Vincenzo Costanzo, and Devid Cecconi star in Puccini’s “Tosca.”
Performance Dates: March 21 & 23, 2025
